I’m type1 diabetic, I decided to buy these because I was curious as diabetics lack certain vitamins. I craved chocolate alot and a chocolate craving is due to lack of magnesium. Having diabetes we lack this vitamin and these pills provide magnesium.. since taking these I stopped craving chocolate so much… I now choose when to eat chocolate. I’ve bought them twice now and will purchase again.
They wont help control blood sugar levels or anything else… however they provide our bodies with missing vitamins as a diabetic. I could have purchased multi vitamins,but I assumed because these are specifically for diabetics they’re providing certain vitamins in a higher dose of what we are missing? This was amazing and came perfectly packaged. Loved the product.
