Good mix for illnesses: in fact i have realized it has about half the echinacea as my straight extra strength echinacea pills have, some ginger, some probably-unnecessary-vitamin C (fruits and vegetables have tons), and there’s also about how much zinc is in the average multi-vitamin, or perhaps a tad lower.
They do have a strong flavor, mostly because of the ginger. However, my only complaint is they’re a bit pricey for what they are: you might be able to do better buying the individual components.

I normally take the zinc lozenges from Jamieson when I feel a cold coming on. However, these work much better and they are chew-able. In addition, they do have a very strong ginger taste but it’s not too overpowering. For example when i felt a cold coming on a few times and took the recommended one per day for three days and never got sick!

Not sure if this actually works. However, I do feel somewhat better and people have said I no longer sound like I am dying of the plague so it is likely this product that is helping. However, i am not giving this 5 stars because there is no way this is honey lemon flavored. 
So, i started chewing and initially the taste wasn’t terrible but as the tablet started dissolving in my mouth I started gagging, I was driving and it took every ounce of emotional strength I had to swallow it once I did I demanded my teenager hand me a bottle of water to wash that god awful monstrosity down. Firstly, it has Echinacea (20:1) extract (Echinacea purpurea, herb top) equivalent to 2,500 mg of raw herb 125 mg
Ginger (6:1) extract 50 mg
Thirdly, it has Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 90 mg
Zinc (Oxide) (Echinacea purpurea, herb top) equivalent to 2,500 mg of raw herb 5 mg
In addition, it also Contains: Dextrose, mannitol, natural flavor enhancer, natural flavours (honey lemon, lemon), vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, turmeric, sucralose, silica, menthol. Lastly, it contains milk ingredients.
Most importantly, NO gluten, artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal. Additionally, take at the first sign of a cold or flu and a few hours before or after taking other medications. However, consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 2 months. Lastly, store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
