Very small slender capsules super easy to swallow with liquid. A little spendy for a 30 day supply of 800 mcg of folate, especially if daily double dosage is preferred. Also it would be GREAT to purchase more capsules ( i.e 90) in one container so the supply lasts 3x longer.
